Paul FitzZaland & Connie Sanders

Paul FitzZaland is an industrial designer, illustrator and model maker with over 22 years of professional experience. Over the years the main bread and butter of his career has been in toy and juvenile product design. He’s worked with companies like Mattel, Fisher-Price, Sesame Workshop, MARVEL, Nickelodeon, NASCAR & HIT Entertainment. His drawings have appeared internationally in print, television, & online and his toy and product designs can be found in major retailers across Canada, the US and Europe.

Together with his wife Rachel, Paul lives and works on Salt Spring Island, BC. He is currently writing and illustrating his own series of books based on the adventures of their daughters Annie Octopus and Penelope Periwinkle.
